All replica watches filed for warranty should be returned in its original condition without signs of use. If your warranty claim is genuine and caused by any manufacturer defect, we will replace your defective item with a similar item or refund the full price paid (minus the shipping costs and non-refundable credit card processing fees).

If the item approved for exchange is out of stock, we will let our customers choose a different product with the same or lower value. If a customer chooses a product of a lesser value, we will not refund the price difference.
